Ramblings and Open Country
When we can't get out of the
office and on to the hill, it can get very frustrating, But
we take solace in the fact we can tune in to Radio 4 and
listen to Clare Balding, Helen Mark, or Matt Baker enjoying
themselves in the fresh air.
The Programmes are fantastic and can now be downloaded as a
podcast.
Costing the Earth
At Barretts we are
making a massive effort to reduce our impact on planet.
But it's not just melting glaciers that frighten us here,
we're concerned for the Great British Countryside also. As
well as taking litter home with me when I'm on a walk, I
like to keep up with other issues that can affect our
environment, and can often be found 'tutting' at Radio 4's
