Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with any products purchased online or in one of our stores. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason you may do so within 90 days of the despatch date . We will refund the product providing it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. The delivery charge is non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning or Exchanging goods:
If you would like to return products to us then you can do this by retuning the item to one of our stores, or by sending the item to our returns centre.

Going to one of our store:
If you wish to return an item to any of our stores then you must take with you your invoice as proof of purchase. if you choose to receive a refund, the store will refund the price of the product(s) as shown on the invoice, to he same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Alternatively you may exchange the product(s) for goods of equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt.

Sending a product to our returns centre:
You can return products purchased via the website to our returns centre (address below). The Value of the returned products at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase . If you wish to receive replacement goods then these must be ordered in the normal way via the website. We regret that we are currently unable to exchange goods via our returns centre.
